 hello friends, this time I will make a processed product that belongs to the group of nuts. yes, i will make milk mung bean. I chose to make this food because green beans and milk have very good functions and benefits for the body, for example good in lowering cholesterol, then good for bone density and good for maintaining immunity. For the processing technique of milk mung bean as follows:

 MILK GREEN BEANS


Igredients

  1. 200 grams of green beans
  2. 1 can liquid milk
  3. 1 tablespoon salt
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Water 500 ml water
Equipments

  1. Pot
  2. Stove and matches
  3. A spoon 
  4. A spatula
  5. And plastic glass
Steps

  1. First clean or wash the green beans until clean, then drain. 
  2. Then boil enough water in a pot
  3. After the water boils, add the green beans that have been cleaned earlier
  4. Next, wait for 20 - 25 minutes until the green beans are cracked. 
  5. Add 500 ml of water to the pot, but of the water decreases. 
  6. After that, add sugar to taste, 1 tablespoon salt and canned milk to taste. 
  7. Mix until evenly distributed  until it taste sweet and the water changes color to milky white. 
  8. Then turn off the store, set aside and cool for up 5 minutes. 
  9. After that, put it in a plastic cup. 
  10. Finally, milk green beans are ready to be enjoyed.
